Like food and water to the body, our spirit craves nourishment. It desires to be filled with all that is good, so that it can function to its fullest potential, thereby yielding some good of its own. Such goodness, is called love. God’s love. It sets our spirit in motion, whom puts the body to work, fueling us and giving us purpose to live. This is why we were created, what we were created for. So that we can labor in love, and for love. Nothing will satisfy the body and the spirit, like the unconditional, never failing, persistent love of our Creator. He and only He gives us purpose, and fills the void within ourselves like no one or nothing on Earth could ever satisfy. His love is perfect and free, as the price for such a love was paid for by the blood of His son, Christ Jesus. Believe… and live with purpose, leaving a legacy of love.
Romans 8:37-39 – … in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
